No. PresenceOK is email only. No calls, no texts, no app to learn. You reply to our emails when you want to, from your phone or computer.

When a new Google review comes in, we email you a draft reply written for that review, in your business's voice. Reply OK to post it, or type your changes and we post your version. If you say skip, we leave it alone. Nothing gets posted without your OK.

You add PresenceOK as a Manager on your Google Business Profile (not an Owner). After you approve a draft, we post it from that manager access. If you'd rather not add a manager, we email you the drafts and you paste them in yourself. Google may later approve us for its Business Profile API, which would let approved replies post through Google's official system. We'll tell you before anything about posting changes.

Google lets managers edit profile info and reply to reviews, but not add or remove users or delete the profile. We only reply to reviews. We never change your hours, phone, photos or anything else unless you ask us to in writing. You can remove us anytime in Business Profile settings, under People and access.

You get a draft within one business day of a review showing up on your profile, usually sooner. It posts as soon as you approve it. If we're ever late on a draft, that month is free.

For 1 to 3 star reviews we write a calm, short reply that doesn't argue, doesn't admit fault, and doesn't share customer details. It invites the customer to contact you directly. You always see it first. If a review looks fake or breaks Google's rules, we'll tell you how to report it. We never promise to get a review removed.

Never. We don't write reviews, buy reviews, offer customers anything for a review, or ask only happy customers. Those break Google's rules, and fake or incentivized reviews also break the FTC's rule on consumer reviews.

We can't promise any ranking, and nobody honestly can. Google says replying to reviews shows customers you value their feedback, and that more reviews and good ratings can help local ranking. What we can promise is that every review gets a real reply.

Any independent local business with a Google Business Profile: restaurants and cafes, salons and barbershops, gyms and studios, auto shops, contractors and trades, dental and medical offices, retail stores and more. You tell us how you talk to customers and we write like that.

For dental, medical, therapy and similar offices we keep replies general. We never confirm someone is a patient or client, and never mention treatment, visits or personal details, even if the reviewer did.
