Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026.
These terms apply when a business ("you") uses PresenceOK ("we", "us"). By starting a free trial or paying for the service, you agree to them. Questions: hello@presenceok.com.
1. The service
We draft replies to your Google reviews in your shop's voice and email them to you. After you approve a draft, we post it on your Google Business Profile using the Manager access you gave us, or you post it yourself. We may later post approved replies through Google's official Business Profile API if Google grants us access; we'll tell you before that changes. Bonuses described on our site (backlog cleanup, bad-review help, ask-every-customer kit) are part of the plan while you subscribe.
2. Your approval and responsibility
Nothing is posted without your approval. You're responsible for replies you approve, so read them before saying OK. You confirm you're authorized to manage the Business Profile you give us access to.
3. What we will and won't do
- We only reply to reviews. We won't change your business information unless you ask in writing.
- We won't write, buy or solicit fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or gate review requests.
- We won't share customer details, admit fault or offer refunds in a reply on your behalf.
- We may decline to post a reply we believe breaks Google's policies or the law.
4. Free trial, price and payment
Your first 30 days are free and we don't ask for a card to start. After that, the price is the one we agreed in writing (currently $39 per month for founding shops, locked while you stay subscribed). We'll email you a secure Stripe payment link. If you don't pay, the service stops and we remove ourselves as manager. Prices don't include taxes, if any apply.
5. Guarantee
If a new review waits more than one business day for a draft from us, that month is free (time spent waiting on your approval doesn't count; business days are Monday to Friday excluding US federal holidays). If you don't like a draft, we'll rewrite it at no charge. To claim a free month, reply to any of our emails; we'll refund that month or skip the next charge.
6. No ranking promises
We don't control Google. We don't promise any ranking, star rating, number of reviews, number of customers or revenue.
7. Cancelling
No contract. Cancel anytime by replying to any email. We'll stop drafting right away and remove ourselves as manager. Replies already posted stay on your profile unless you delete them. Paid months aren't refunded except under the guarantee.
8. Google
PresenceOK isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Your use of Google Business Profile is also governed by Google's terms and policies, and Google may change its products or remove content at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will email customers before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
