> PresenceOK helps Long Island, NY trades businesses (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, landscapers, roofers, contractors) reply to their Google reviews and ask every customer for a review by text. Based in Centereach, NY.

## What it does
- Drafts a reply to each new Google review in the owner's voice and texts it to the owner. The owner replies OK to approve, EDIT to change, or SKIP.
- During the pilot, approved replies are posted by a PresenceOK team member acting as a Google Business Profile manager. Automatic posting via Google's Business Profile API will come after Google approves API access.
- Sends one neutral review-request text to every customer after a job. No review gating, no incentives, STOP honored.
- Planned: Google Business Profile cleanup and booking links for AI assistants.
